In 2023, a new chapter unfolded. As the Prior family prepared to move on, local Master Plumber Bill Guldenstein and his wife, Lindsay, saw an opportunity to preserve the legacy that had become so integral to our community. With deep roots in the area and a shared commitment to outstanding service, they acquired the store, ensuring that Prior Plumbing & Heating would remain locally owned and continue to support its neighbors with the same dedication and personal touch.
